The reading may also include somatic release work, heart coherence exercises and in-depth soul work.

2-hour Chakra Clearing + 30 minute Sound Healing. Reiki work by Reiki Master, Jacqui Croat, will help balance and clear your chakras, relax and calm your nervous system, and help you transition through life passages.
First, we talk about any blockages you may be having, placing crystals on your body, if you like, then you bliss out and receive the 2 healings. At the end, we discuss or answer any questions, and you feel relaxed with your energy flowing again.

Need an emotional reset? This healing session will bring you soothing sound frequencies, balance and clear ONE chakra of your choice, relax and calm your nervous system and give you a fresh perspective on your daily journey.
First, we talk about any challenges you may be having, then you choose crystals and essential oils for your needs. Next, Reiki is done on ONE chakra of your choice. Then we end with Tibetan and crystal singing bowls placed on and played around your body.

Gift certificates of treatments make wonderful presents for your loved ones. They can be paid for digitally and delivered by text or email. They are good for 3 months from date of issue and they are non-refundable. They can, though, with permission, be transferred to a different person to use.
